Homework problem

My sim children will come home with invisible homework, they'll put it down like normal but then I can't click on it or see it.
I also have another homework problem, one of them had homework that was actually visible so I told him to do it, he started to but then got stuck and wandered off. I tried clicking on it again and it wouldn't let me click on it, so I used the move objects cheat to move it into the house. I notcied instead of saying 'homework' it says 'lovely set defter'
Any ideas of what I can do to fix it?

Do you have any mods that are affecting homeworks?  Maybe they need an update.

I've been playing for weeks with the mods I have and the problem only started last night, so I'm guessing that can't be the problem.

To make sure it is not mod or cc related, the best way to know is to temporarely move your complete downloads folder.
