My neighborhood is gone! Nooo!

Omg, I am so mad right now. I just tried to open Sims 2 and when I got to the neighborhood screen, one was gone! Like literally just disappeared and I never did anything either. I had all these important sims on there that were for contests on other boards and now they're all gone!
Does anyone know if there is any way I can get it back? I don't even know how it disappeared!

I just really hope I can get it back because I had ALOT of very important things in that neighborhood!
When I go the the folder, the neighborhood folder is still there but the neighborhood itself is missing from the game.
