I have a question but first I have to thank you for these beautifully feets and now to my question, are sexyfeet supposed to appear when a sim is dressed in everyday/casual and flip-flops, if they are somthing is just not right here.

No, and this will not happen with Maxis default outfits, only with cc from others.
But,

Issue's......
There are people who made recolors in the past using the sleep/under or swimwear outfits and textured the maxis feet as shoes.
So you end up with the sexy feet with shoe textures on them  and there's nothing i can do about that.......

Neither one of them.
The Maxis game files from both the basegame and the EP's are by default located in your program files but never add or edit something there.

you have to look in your Documents and settings/your account/EA games/the sims 2.
In that directory you find the Downloads folder, the Savedsims folder, the Projects folder.
In that directory you make a new folder called ''Defaults''
