For the Carnival festivities, the Official German Sims site has a Carnival Special. And included in that are 2 cool skins. To download them, just login to the site with your normal Maxis account (same as the USA site).

Just saw this at snootysims:
"The Sims Carnival
Simtimes.de
found some interesting info about a new range of Sims games. This range will be about carnival games. According to allgame.com it will include a shooter game called
Bumperblast
and a puzzle game called
SnapCity
They give a releasedate of January 8 so it probably won't be too long before it will be official announced."
