You can spawn the wardrobe adjuster from the insimenator and use that to change the pregnant sims clothing, or you can enter the boolprop cheat and spawn Tom's Clothing Tester to do the same thing.
As for the hack by Squinge, it's not on this site any longer and has not been updated for BV.
