Teens can move out?

I need help looking for a mod that allows teens to move out. Preferably universal because I have about 4 expansion packs.

And I do know that there is a mod already but the mod specifies on one expansion pack and I'm just afraid to download it because it would most probably mess my game up. So, help?

You can use the InSIMenator to create Independent Teens.

Oh. I never knew that. It means that they can move out? Thanks.

Also, sorry for being OT, but is it just me, or does it take a while or two for the mods to "settle down" and appear in the game after you've just installed a new expansion pack, or the game itself?

If you don't have Insimenator you can download a teen computer from MTS2.
