I've never read that one! I'll have to check it out (somehow) ^^ I'm sort of restricted seeing as I'm still living with my parents.. and I have almost no access to manga, but hopefully I'll get a chance to read some of it.

It's a good read. Although it's great that the series was licensed (and therefore available in English in book form), that also meant that it's no longer distributed online, so it's harder for some to obtain it. Although it's probably still being distributed in other languages...

Umn, since this is getting rather off topic, I figured why not post pic or two?

This is Daisuke, a character who's been living in my head for several years now. He's actually based on a character from an anime. Three million brownie points and a basket of cyber cookies to whoever can guess which.


His hair is waaay off, though. :\ He's being painted by...well, his alter ego, from behind. I'm thinking of posting pics of him (the alter ego) in the fav males thread, since he's not exactly all that hot. ^^:


This is second sim version I've made of Dai (the first was deleted after a reinstall). He's much better looking this time. ^^

Yeah, I believe it's g3tbo's top mesh that gives him teh figure (I -love- that mesh). But, really, the character doesn't look much of anything like my Daisuke (definitely no hourglass figure, and no skirts), at least not as a sim (mostly because the right hair simply does not exist).
And if it were easy to guess, it'd be three thousand brownie points instead of three million.
I'll give you a hint though: he's a teen, the hair and eye colors and tan are right, and he's from the second of five series based on the same general idea (think monsters). If that doesn't give it away then you probably have never heard of it, though it's often (mistakenly) thought to be similar to another, more popular series with weird creatures. ^^

ps. The more popular series has the same number of letters and the exact same last three letters in the title.
