It´s not really big but comfortable for a Single or Couple. It comes downstairs with place for a Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room and Bathroom and upstairs with a Bedroom and Bathroom (access to a small Balcony)

This house totally rocks. Oh, and you used those stunning spiral stairs! Don't you just love them? A while back I was introduced to them by another builder in this site section.
The layout is very nice and, also very important to me, very playable.
