*Resident items on Community Lots...HOW?*

I am going to build a community lot, but I want beds, fridges, and other items on it that normally are only allowed on a Residential Lot.

Is this possible?  How?

Do I have to build the lot as Residential Lot, put all the beds and junk in it, then turn it into a Community Lot?

Which ep do you have install?  If you have OFB and up, you should already be able to put all those items on community lots.

I don't have any expansion packs installed.  It's just plain, ordinary Sims 2. >.<

^^ This is a collection of residential objects that Loverat made a while back.  I'm sure this might help once you put it in your Collections folder.
