Reporter for OFB

Is there a way to manually get a reporter to come to a business? Or at least be able to identify them if they are already there?

If I remember well, the reporter was wearing a special red suit outfit but I am not totally sure of the color.

Usually, it will ask for help when it arrives on a lot.

The reporter should have a clipboard and take notes.  He or she might try to hide it, but it will be there!
