Great Party

I have tried to throw a party several times and I always get the party was OK which is right over snooze. How do you throw a great out of this world Sims party?

Make sure there is plenty of things for your guests to do, food and drink, enough washrooms (your guests get annoyed when they have to wait to pee) and circulate among them chatting with them all. I'll also get them all doing the smustle or something like that. Group activities are good.

Invite people who know & like each other.  That way they are more likely to have pillow fights, water balloon fights, etc.  Don't rely just on TV and pizza.  Chess sets, guitars, bubble blowers, and pools all help make the party better.  Interacting with your guests is great, but it doesn't always help.  Lots of food, toilets, pillowfights, etc. help my sims have great partys.
