This is my first Modern house that I have built. It is worth 47,979 Simoleons. I have all EP's and SP's but it was build using only stuff from NL, UNI, OFB, Pets, Seasons and GL.

Includes Dining/Kitchen, Lounge room, 1 bedroom, 1 Bathroom, Garage and pool. FULLY FURNISHED

Love the house but it just looks terrible from a neigbours lot floating tiles and such
So i wanted the increased higher sidewalls out, lower the house to maxis height.
But i cant remove/delete/lower the walls, same as the roof.......
Any idea's?

 I use the sledgehammer tool to remove anything, I can't understand why there is a glitch, it has been cleaned and tested in my game with no trouble.

BTW, yes, i agree that from the neighbors lot it doesn't quite look right, but all the floating floors etc are needed to add the the modern "feel"  Try deleting the ceiling tiles.
