Hello
So finally I decided to upload one of my lots here
It is one of the lots that go together with My Bloomingdale's and Radisson lots for New York. I hope you like it
It is a community lot that is perfect for your simmies to run as their own business or just to go to and have a great night out :animal:
The ground floor has a bistro, kitchen and two restrooms. Outside on the street is a terasse with a café where your sims can sit and watch the people go by and have a nice evening with their friends.
The first floor is a game room, with poker tables, dart and pool.
To get up to the first floor there are two elevators.
I hope you all like it
**Requires University, Nightlife and Open for Business**
**Uses NO custom content**

This is so astounding! It looks like it was lifted right off od Columbus Ave. The night shot looks so NYC.
