With photoshop, sweat, cursing, and sleep at the computer, I was able to put infant hair on my stefan tan default skin. My very first mod, Woohoo!
It's not perfect, but I am shocked it worked!!
Thank you Tenshii and Sliim, I owe you my arm and leg. (Too old for a first child)
