Someone complained about my Mumm-Ra Sim, adding it wasn't better than these singers. In a way I thank her, I need another inspiration for some new Sims Smiley
I wasn't really into this cartoon. But I remember my sister forcing me to watch a few episodes to try and get me into it. It was okay, but being a guy, I preferred the action of He-man, Thundercats, Transformers and G.I. Joe. Still, I remember when she had to be consoled when it was canceled. I felt for her. I knew how I'd feel if my show were canceled. It still hit me like a ton  of bricks when they eventually were canceled and I began to look for a new cult cartoon classic, but nothing stood out. So for awhile, I gave up TV viewing. And only recently, I have readopted that policy. Because I Strongly feel the 80's were the era of cult classic toons. The toons todays are either too vulgar or too babyish. There is no in between, nothing that speaks to the tweens (9-12) and the teens; and you'd think that these mega-billion dollar toy companies would come up with a new marketable toon for girls, instead of rehashing Barbie to death. And the young lads need a new action figure too, but it seems Mattel, Hasbro and the other giants cannot get an idea, so they recycle old ideas and create crap
Sorry for the rant. I hope that through these sims, you can relive those memories of the fabulous 80's--The era of the Cult toons.

SWEET!! I was wondering did any one remember that cartoon I watched it faithfully and I had The Jem doll and Shana Doll when I was younger. That was my favorite cartoon and Doll until my sister ripped Jem's head off and her earrings didn't light up any more. Sad

I totally agree with you!  The 'toons of the 80's were the best, and I remember when Jem was canceled too! Sad Even worse than that, I still to this day, have the Barbie and the Rockers Movie and the dolls.... Wow, I feel old now...

The only cartoons that are in any way almost as good as any of the "classics" are the Animaniacs which then spawned Pinky and the Brain.
