i would like to know if a free program exist to make sim clothe from scratch using a picture of real clothes to make sim clothe from pictures from toddler to adult please tank you

Think the best choice for this is to use ''Gimp'', am i right?

You can get a trial version of Paint Shop Pro. I use the non-free version and am very fond of it :toothy10:
