How to change clothing of NPCs like....

The maid, garderner,policeman? Their uniforms don't look nice, I wanna change them.

Click on Sims 2, then Programs.  Download the NPC Replacer.  I use it to replace the NPC's clothing with that of the medieval era.

Just a quick question Meshy - would that change the NPCs for all neighborhoods, or just the one you did it in?

All neighbourhoods. Trouble is, not all outfits will work and you can't change the hairstyles (maybe you have to change their appearances too, never tried :dontknow:)
