Tilt without using mouse?

I recently replaced an old dead mouse with a trackball.  I don't know if other makes and models of trackballs than mine allow for camera tilt but mine doesn't.  Sometimes I press 'Z' and I get closeups of feet or kitchen sinks and I can't tilt to faces.  

Is there a keyboard method of tilting the camera or does that mean "buy a separate regular mouse for Simming"?

(solved: I needed to set the mouse to emulate "middle button" for pressing left and right clickers at the same time)
