EP's Required
All, no SP's

Features

3 Floors     3 Bedrooms     2 Bathrooms
Landscaped   Garage   Living Room
Master Bathroom   Master Bedroom

These 1x2 lots are really small. I tried to make it as comfortable as possible, but I think your sims will be a little cramped. I suggest using these for singles or as space fillers in your neighborhood.

The garage is too small for a car. There is a parking slab in the front. The taxi and school bus will still come, but if you don't want it there, just delete it.

I'm completely in love with your Downtown Living series. I have five or six of them in game. In fact, they look perfect in my Downtown neighborhood.
You inspired me to leave the Riverblossom Hills neighborhood intact and focus more on the sub-neighborhoods attached to it.
So currently Riverblossom Hills remains thinly populated with farm houses; its shopping district has a number of lovely Victorians and Downtown has your creations.

These are the lots I was talking about. Such a good idea. I am starting this style on a 2X2 lot.  Really cool idea.

I love your city builds but sadly I can't download them. Since I don't have all the EP's yet! *pouts* I am looking to build a city set to make a Sims 2 mini-series.

However, once again...great work!!!
