Le Modern Maison consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, an eat-in kitchen, in-ground pool, hot tub, single car garage, and glorious landscaping.













Costs 81,200 Simoleans and is situated on a 2 x 3 lot.  Unfurnished except for the kitchen and bathrooms.

I have all the EPs and SPs so please install with "Sims2Pack Clean Installer" to be safe.

IT SAYS I NEED A EXPANSION WHEN I INSTALL , I ONLY HAVE BONVOYAGE ,FESTIVE STUFF AND GLAMOUR LIFE...... ;(

I'm sorry beautyamz. Did you use Clean Installer to install it?  If not, try using that and it should work.
