Hey guys...I really need help.

My computer won't install the folder type "file package" which are clothes and hair.
It'll only install "sims2pack".
Is there some program i need to download?

Could you clarify a bit more on the "file package" part?  Do you mean something like "Xyz.package"? (for a random example)  Or is it something completely different from what I'm thinking here?  :angel:

I think she means the .package file. You don't install those you just place them in your My Documents/EA Games/Sims 2/Downloads folder.
