Seasons blue flashing everything

I recently added teen style stuff to my sims collection and it has now caused all my furniture, lights, trees and stuff to flash blue any suggestions?
I have sims2, uni, pets (not installed) OFB, plus a few stuff packs!

Have you try to allow custom content, save, quit and load again the game ?

yep! I re installed the seasons patch and all seems okay now. Weird!!!!!
