Help -- Cant delete stages.

Hi guys.  I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem or knows how to fix it.  I have downloaded a couple of wonderful lots, and wanted to re-arrange them just a bit, but I can't delete the stages - it just keeps telling me that I must first remove half-walls or fences.  I have removed everything from the stages, walls,floors, fences, everything -- there's nothing there -- so why won't it let me delete them?

Do you have a snapshot we could possibly see of it?  I might be able to tell you if I can get a good visual of it.  :angel:

I usually use the hammer in build mode to remove difficult objects, might be worth a try.
