When I use this in my game, it seems to work but the sim no longer has a belly.. in the previous Uni only edition way back, my sims still had the belly.. I miss it Sad

No you do not have to have the insim installed for it to work.

I have Uni, NL and Pets expansions, and I now have the Pets InTeen. Which version should I download? Or is there not one that works with Pets InTeen yet?

This mod did not need any updating to be Inteen pet compatible. Smiley

So you need the outfitEP3 Inteenversion1.3.zip even if you don't have OFB, it is the right version since you have the Pet ep.

Could you clarify on what your asking here?
Are you asking which one works with base game only?
If so download the very first file on the first post. Named PregnancyWearAnyOutfitTS2v1.1.zip.

Welcome to InSim.  If you have Pets, that's the version you download.  And no, you don't need any other hack to make it work.

This mod does not need an update to work with the Pet inteen.

Maybe you have a hack conflict.
