Mouse dissapears in bodyshop?

Anyone heard of this? Whenever I use bodyshop the mouse pointer dissapears and reappears after a little bit. When the mouse dissapears, it is still working. Items will highlight and I can click on them, but the pointer isn't there, like its invisable. Its very annoying and difficult to manuver.
I am running XP 2GB ram, and a high end video card, I have no problems like this when I play the actual game, just bodyshop.
Any ideas?
