Okay, so this question has probably been asked a million times...

If I uninstall the sims, the whole thing, EP's and all.
Will all my game changes and progress(?) be saved in the download folder? (If I make a copy of the folder in a seperate location)

My game has been acting up, and resetting my computer when I enter the build section, as well as at random intervalls on a specific lot while playing in live mode. (the random factor is the bit that has got me puzzled!:smt104)

I thought it was just this one residental lot causing trouble untill I tried another lot yesterday (different neighberhood), all was going well untill I tried to enter the build mode - Fuzztt! off went the computer. :sad3:
(has anybody got any sugestions as to the cause?)

So that's it! as soon as I know everything will be safe and sound in the download folder, Sims is having a spring clean.
And! At least the game SHOULD work a little better... well we can hope!
