MOVING PROBLEMS - PLEASE HELP !!!

i want my sim to have this other sim move in/ i want her to move out she has perfect relationships with all these people but i don't want to move her out in the neighborhood menu because i want to keep the rewards but it seems nobody can move into to her house nor can anybody invite her to move in - PLEASE HELP !!!

If you have Nightlife (I think it's Nightlife...or is it Uni?)...anything you want to keep can be moved into the sims inventory (backpack icon). They'll be taken with her when you move her out.
