Making custom holiday destinations?

I just wondered if the ninja, firedancers, wise man etc would still show up??
Also if i could still fulfill all " vacation momentos" ?

Just before i make a whole 'hood and realise they don't.

The NPCs still show up, but the only thing you have to do is add in the Secret Vacation lots yourself. When you take care of that you can fulfill all the vacation mementos(since you can now actually visit those places).
