Where in the far east do you learn Tia Chi & how.....

It comes with BV,you send your sims on vacation in Asia and they will learn.

Anywere,the sims visiting whatever place will meet somebody doing tai chi .
just make them join.
Or,using the Insimenator,make a local sim selectable and make him do tai chi,then tell your sims to join.
