Baby Gender Selection Mod/Hack

I want a mod or hack that allows you to select the gender of the baby my sim is about to have/has.

Not possible, the game chooses gender right at birth, so the only thing that can be done is if you don't like the sex of the baby born, exit the lot while the sim is still pregnant and enter again til you get the sex of the baby you want.

Like Maniac said, there's no existing mod/way to control the gender of the baby being born. Just make sure you save just as your sim is going into labor. That way, if you don't like the gender of the baby all you have to do is exit the game and restart at the point where she's just about the have the baby. It can take awhile to get the gender you want, but it works.
