I built this lot with Don Lothario in mind. He is my favorite Romance sim, so much so, I extracted him from Pleasantview, and cloned him to place in my neighborhood I am playing now. Cheesy

Lot: 2X2
Cost: about 90,000 simoleons
Amenities: 2 beds, 2baths, livingroom, eat-in kitchen, entertainment area, swimming pool, fireplace, hottub, landscaped and furnished with Maxis. Some custom content.

I made it for Bluewater District, that's where I think it looks best. Place it anywhere you want in you game. Wink

Custom Content Included:

Loco Floor 14 by Loco-Plus

Glasshouse 4 recolor by Piggis-Sims

Birch Tree Shurbby by Khakidoo

Modern Windows set by GDandy

Shower Divider by Simgedoehns

Brown Slate Roof recolor by vjdevelopment.com

Other Way Siding 3 by Wil

A lot of the custom items I used have recolors I couldn't find in the package. You should go to the sites and get the recolors. I am sorry.

Thanks you Insimenator and the fabulous comminity here.  I have so much fun here, I appreciate your support. Thanks to EAxis for this game that makes me spend money to enjoy it. LOL :laugh:

Just curious, but even though I see the mailbox curbside, I don't see the trash can anywhere in the layout pics. Where is its placement?

wanda1000, the garbage can is by the back door, under the covered patio area. Cheesy I do that to keep the dogs and neighbors from turning over the garbage.
