It could be a item you used for building the house. But you can try a different lot if you want. I hope I can get the house sometime.

Gamerfreak, if you use the Any Game Starter, you should be able to build a lot just to Eragon's game specs.  It is located here.  Also, if Eragon doesn't have the Clean Installer to download a lot, she will not be able to download it with the game's installer.  It reads the latest EP you used to build it with.  Even if you stuck to base game items. The Clean Installer is located here.  Hope that helps. :d
