Is it possible to check content in BodyShop without opening it??

One way (besides SimPE) that I know of is to have the Content Manager, from Maxis, which goes through the files you have in the game. It doesn't show but just the basic outlines-but I've read where the "Wardrobe" thing from another site would be able to look at the files without having to open them up.
I think you can get it from Paladin's Place.

You mean previewing Body Shop cc without opening BS or the game? JFade's Wardrobe Wrangler does that, as well as Clean Installer. However, don't expect the cc to look as it does in BS and CAS; you'll get descriptions and textures only.
