Problem with sims and the hot tub

Why is it that whenever I ask my sims to get in the hot tub they get nude? I need a hot tub scene for my story and I don't want my sims nude in the picture.

check their outgoing points. if it's nearly full or completely full, they will do that. I think it's possible to change this with Insim, but I'm not sure, as I've got another hack that lets me drag personality points/motive bars up and down.
