I want a particular building tool.

Wouldn't it be awesome to be able to highlight an area and move the whole area over. I've made so many houses and had to tear down half of it and rebuild it because it was one grid too short or long. I've been waiting for something like that forever. I'm not the only one neurotic enough to be bothered by a non symmetrical lot am I?

don't think that's possible. making new building tools is maxis's area. I've not seen any building tools for download (and I've been on most sites)

but I see what you mean, and I wish maxis puts a tool like that in the next EP... it's sorely needed, because moving an entire house when you want more garden space takes a lot of time...

Oh I totally agree with you. This tool would be a lifesaver for me. I don't know how many houses i have built only to knock down cause i couldn't place the driveway after building and furnishing the whole house.
