Circuit City Online "Weekly Ad" has "Sims 2: FreeTime" (erroneously listed as Prime Time) on sale for $17.99 and that sale lasts until Mar 8th.

If you don't like cicuit city or there isnt one near you then just print the web-ad and best buy or walmart should price match.
