What Does "Carefree (3 hours remaining)" Mean

I have just started going on vacations and noticed an odd message when I ran my cursor over the Sim icon. I never noticed it before. What does this mean? Also, should I be concerned it's in more than one language (the box says English)?

When Simmies return from vacation the game asks you to choose how they liked their time away. This is just how much longer your Simmie will remain carefree after returning home.
