Help! What is the scale of TS2?

How do you convert feet to a sim block? I am trying to build from a house plan, but I'm not sure how many feet to a sim block.

Telizx - one build mode grid is, roughly speaking, a square yard (3 feet by 3 feet) or a square metre
Adult sims are two build mode grids tall, so you can "eye-ball" it from there
