why do my default replacement skins only half show up?

i tried to get some default replacement skins

i put them in the right folder, but i have a problem

they only show up on the sims body and not from the neck up?




i think i remember someone at one point says its becuase other default replacements are already in my downloads folder?

if so, what should i search for to find those files and get rid of them?

I think you have two sets of default skin tones. :3  Type "default" in the search bar and let it run.  Be sure you're searching through your Downloads folder, though. xD  If you see two sets of default skins, pick one and delete the others. :3  If you don't see any, then um...I don't really know. o wo;;  Maybe delete them and download them again?  Heh. xD;;

You also might want to look in your savedsimsfolder or defaults folder(when using one)
