Marvine,  I don't know where you get your ideas,  but with the wealth of all the same out here for Sims,   your things are the most unique I find.  Thanks for these.  They will work well with my parks and Castle lots.  K

egghugger - you will need to use a simple raw-text editor like Notepad to manually edit the following file:

C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\The Sims 2\TSData\Res\Catalog\Scripts\modularstairs.txt

(or whereever you base game files are installed)

in modularstairs.txt after you see
