Can't use in SimsGame

Hello,

I don't know if this is the right place to post this threath but my game isn't working that well.
Some of the hair i download works, but 90 percent just isn't working.
When i go to "build family" and click on "for example" blonde hair. I get to see like 20 "normal straight hair do" and then the "star sign *" which means; downloaded.
But i don't get to see the actual downloaded hair.

Can anyone help me with that?

ps: i firt thought it was because i didn't have all the expansion packs but now i do have them, and it's still not working.

I think that you didn't download the meshes you needed!
For example, you download some hair, and in the post is written: MESH1254 REQUIRED!
Then you must download the mesh to use the hair/clothes/furniture/ ...
But also, some of them have the meshes included, so, always check it!
