This house is built on a large lot,with gardens,BBQ terrace,pool area,and plenty of space for your own landscaping.
The ground floor has a large open plan sitting area,study,kitchen,garden room,dining area and a utility area.

A trully impressive lot, I just looked at it in-game and I was really impressed by the look and feel of the lot.  It has a very cozy look and feel, and an excellent use of space.  Good job Tilly! Thank you for sharing!
