well, you copy your alphapart and edit it so you can use it as a morph.
Normally the body has the following comments:
ModelName: body
Opacity: -1
HasTangentArray:
NumSkinWgts: 3
MorphRefNum: 0The morph that is linked to it is named:
~00MORPHMOD.1(MorphNames: botmorphs fatbot)
or/and:
~00MORPHMOD.2(MorphNames: botmorphs pregbot)
Now if you have a alpha all you do is change the MorphRefNum to 1 in the comment box of your alphagroup and the morph linked to it is called:
~01MORPHMOD.1(MorphNames: botmorphs fatbot)
or/and:
~01MORPHMOD.2(MorphNames: botmorphs pregbot)
you can add as much alpha's and morphs as you like.

They all have a alphalayer and a fatmorph for the alpha:
