This is another apartment I created. I made two versions for this building, where the exterior is the same except for the interior. The first one is laid out as a family home, where you have the living, family and kitchen on one floor and the bedrooms on the top. The second version, I changed the layout as 4 separate apartment units. The units themselves have different layouts and are suitable for single sims, college students or for starting/retired couples (which are the larger units on the top floor). I left a lot of space in the yard to add additional parking, pool, garden etc… So I hope you all enjoy this. :smile:
