I was experimenting with this house and liked how it turned out. There is enough room for a medium sized family. I added a small loft on the top, which can be turned into a study, playroom or anything else you wish to turn it into.

Details:
- 1x3 lot
- $39,772
- 3 Bedrooms
- 3 Baths
- Parking for 2 cars
- Requires NL, OFB and Pets
- Comes unfurnished

Very cool - this reminds me of some of the new structures in San Francisco, California in the hill disctrict.  Some of the new structures there have the same old and new mix and look.  Great job!

I love the lay out, sometimes I just get lost in those huge mansions, but this space is "just right", thank you.
