Im an artist,and id love to live here!
This is a modern,contemporary open plan living space.There is a separate bedroom area and spacious bathroom.Suitable for a single sim or a couple.There is a separate studio for the artist,but you can do whatever you want with it.
This is a light,spacious and airy apartment,which ive located by the beach.
There is a side terrace with a pool,and a further terrace overlooking the ocean.There is space to place a driveway.
You need pets and ofb.

For some reason, the house is not showing up in my game.
I have the required EPs and I even used CleanInstaller but I have no idea why it's not showing up.

I have. I figured out a problem with some of the other lots, is that I had some odd files in because I used CleanInstaller so I deleted those and reinstalled them. They all worked except for this one.

Is there anything I need to download to use this? Meshes, anything from the link you put up with the house?
