I have all Ep's and FFS but the main EP's you need for this lot is OFB> Most others are just the odd painting or object.
Within this lot is a Restaurant, Cafe, Salon/Clothing store, Book store, Grocery store and 2 empty stores made for perhaps a florist and a sweet shop.
I limited the number of cash registers to lower the amount of npc's. It runs quite well in my game although when a sim first arrives, their last want rolls for about a minute. Once it stops all is good Smiley
If there are any problems with lag you can always remove another register etc.
One other thing i thought i'd mention is since there are tables in the cafe, the game assumes this is part of the reastaurant so the waitress will come to take your sims order Smiley

There is no CC apart from a floor that i cannot locate but seems to be included with the file. That floor is from http://www.komosims.net/downloadcenter/index.php

Thank you so much for uploading this, I was ogling it when you posted pics and it's so adorable plus has room for all the major shopping venues so my sims only have to go to one community lot Smiley
