CAS and Bodyshop help

In cas and the bodyshop i click on a pic of a sim and i get a different sim than the one i click on can oneone help me with this problem thks

it's probably the thumbnails of the sims that are not updated. (I've got that problem myself sometimes. I think it should correct if you delete/move out one of the files named something about thumbnail, but I've never tried it myself, so I'm not sure which file it is.)

and did you read all of what it said when you downloaded the sim? not all downloaded comes with the same clothes/hair/makeup (and so on) than the sim in the picture you saw where you downloaded it. I think this is your problem above all. the sims I download rarely look like the ones I thought I downloaded. some aren't even recognizable...

thanks i know about the downloads i tryed deleteing the thumbs and that help some thanks
