Try for baby option disappeared?

I have no idea what I did, but for some reason the Try For Baby option no longer shows up.  I didn't download any hacks or mods recently, so I'm fairly certain none of the ones I have are causing problems.  My Sims relationship scores are at the max and both still have plenty of days left before they become elders so .. I'm completely lost, lol.

Any ideas what I might've screwed up?

Maybe your Sim is pregnant? Do you use any hacks/mods?

Nope, not pregnant and not on the birthcontrol.  That's why I'm so confused :\

Yep.  It won't work for any Sim.

What EP do you have and do you have the right Insimenator installed for that EP?

Edit: figured it out.  Apparently InTeen went haywire and was causing it.
