There is an outfit I would like to change. The pants are baggy and I like the pants, but I don't like the upper body because it  has muscles so my question is do I cut the whole torso off in Milkshape and replace it with another upper body or just the arms?Which option would be the best.
I'm really new at Milshape so I just want to make sure of what to do.
~Thanks In Advance~

To chop off the whole upperbody is the easiest way.
Then import a maxis upperbody(or custom) and fix the seam arround the waist.
The moment your going to regroup those parts together you will need to have a look at the uvmap as it is possible that there is a mismatch between top and bottom.
